How to update client information
Staffer’s can easily update client information in Teambuilder by following the steps below.
Step 1
Select the client you would like to edit in the client list or map
Step 2
On the client profile, click on the pencil icon on the left of the screen
Step 3
Select the information you would like to edit
There are 3 sections a staffer can edit about a client: Basic Information, Availability, and Intake Form
Step 4
Edit the information by clicking on the EDIT button on the appropriate section
All sections function the same. By clicking the EDIT button, a pop-up is triggered that lets you change the relevant section.
