How to register a new parent account

Step 1 

Go to YOURCOMAPNY.teambuilder.care and click on CLIENT INTAKE.

First step is for guardian to create account.

Step 2

Once guardian fill in all the fields in Create account screen and clicks on button Register, it appears an Email confirmation screen where
guardian need to type a code for additional confirmation of provided email.

The code is automatically sent to email which guardian provides
in previous screen (Create account screen)

Conclusion

After confirmation process, guardian is able to log in and start with onboarding wizard where can provide relevant information needed for
child’s service which are related to child’s behaviour, language, self-management.

Based on that, Teambuilder can match the child with the most experienced and appropriate ABA team members and determined a
recommended number of service hours per week.
